MadZoo created a very successful digital strategy to grow the brand during the pandemic and positioned The Sackville to become a world class, customer-centric restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. The new marketing KPIs, metrics and purposeful processes deployed are boosting consumer engagement and powering a more digitally across all social media platforms.
